Principal Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Daniel brings several years of experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist across paediatric and community settings into his role as Principal Occupational Therapist. He is particularly passionate about working with teenagers and young adults as they build independence and transition into adult life.
Daniel believes meaningful therapy starts with genuine connection. His approach combines creative, interest-based interventions with practical skill building to support emotional regulation, daily living skills and real-world confidence. He has strong experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments and collaborating with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams to ensure supports are practical and effective.
His areas of interest include adolescent transition planning, functional capacity assessment, and hands-on creative therapy such as woodwork to improve engagement and independence.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys keeping active through the gym and playing soccer, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
