Donald is a highly experienced Senior Occupational Therapist (BHSc, MOT), with a high volume of return-to-work experience across workers’ compensation, CTP injury management, and occupational rehabilitation in South Australia and the Northern Territory. His approach is deeply person-centred – recognising that behind every claim is a person navigating real disruption to their work, independence, and daily life, and keeping that person’s wellbeing at the heart of every plan. Approachable and solutions-focused, Donald partners with individuals, employers, and insurers to remove barriers to recovery and achieve safe, sustainable outcomes. His specialist expertise extends to independence and care needs assessments, wheelchair prescription, and long-term support for individuals living with catastrophic and lifelong injuries.
